emanage blue info needed....

Anyone know of a good source of info on the ins & outs of emanage (in english :biglaugh: ). I want to learn more about it, but most of the info I found was either vague crap or in japanese

Thanks Adam. There is a link to a SF thread about Emanage, but it isn't working for me. It might not be working for me because I've never had full privileges with my account. Do you know if the thread has been deleted or is the thread still there?
