Concerning the Tial BOV adaptor pipe, what would be the best way to integrate that into the stock piping?

The stock ic piping is only 2", so you would need two reducers.

Probably right after the 3000 pipe. And some trimming of the stock plastic piece there woul be needed, but I'd seriously replace that whole piece at the least ;).
