Remember when it was hard to find a thread where someone didn't say FTW by the first page. That went on for like 2 months.

As far as "shutting it down"... I haven't really seen that much. I'd have to go with turning it off?

ive not even seen "shutting it down" anywhere on this forum yet, but i agree that i would guess that it meant turning the car off.

those 2 words seem pretty self-explanatory to me... even more so when used in context...
