I been looking at the pics for a while.. I got a question, well not really a question I suppose. anyways we all know how the lower rad hose goes behind and under the PS pump and I know the kits are for the !jz so whats all involved with it working on the 7m??

the lower rad hose isn't found at any local auto stores and its gonna be toyota to get it which I might add is nearly $50. so I figured go with you guys.

The lower hose just makes a little straighter line to the radiator on a 7m then the stock hose. I think it fits maybe a little better then stock.

Just to clarify, this is only the case with a 7m, it's a purfect fit for a 1jz.

figured it out, it's a very close fit near the PS pulley (doubt it would fit with the larger pulley on the early models...)

silicone lubricant will help TONS, and don't use worm gear clamps, I bought OEM clamps for mine (fit fine)

yup, thats about the only real issue is it getting very close to the pump. I got the pics I'll put them up tomorrow.. I'm damn tired.

fucking hell.. I have the damn pic just stupid camera phone won't allow me to put it on the computer for some reason. but take my word for it the hoses work. just takes a little effort the make the lower one fit right. maybe I'll try with a friends phone to see what happens.

Yes, but the less expensive non-name brand kit we have is a little longer for a 7m.

My upper stock radiator hose blew on me the other day... so figured it was time to upgrade both hoses. Just ordered a black set... will post installed pictures (for 7M) when I get them / install them. Thanks for carrying these Aaron.

Please note, the following statements concern Samco Radiator Hoses on a 7MGTE. The upper hose fit is perfect. The bottom is shorter than the stock piece, but goes on without a problem. It sits close to the PS pump. I would recomment these to anyone wanting a nice upgrade after the stockers fail on you, like mine did! :biglaugh:

These hoses fit very well on a 1JZ too... Thanks Aaron, the turbo swap would have been a lot more difficult if I hadn't been able to just jump on DriftMotion and order the bits I needed... :)
