you might try the cache on your own PC as well to come up with some of the lost info ..... I'm not sure how much and what type of info .. but it might help ...

our PCs store lots of info we don't even know about.. my older brother (who works for Wells Fargo Network Security) has told me that the FBI can find info even on a drive that's been formatted. Yikes!
