on paper, the EMU appears to be fantastic....the problem is no one has really played with it on the 7M. it shouldn't be to hard, just use the settings used to make the blue eman work.
it may be overkill for such reasonable goals, a SAFC would do the same thing and probably be cheaper....

I think an emanage blue would be fine.... I'm making over 500whp on a blue...

We install the EMB mainly on 2jz-gte's. The only problem we have ever came accross is Ignition timing on UK spec 2jzgte's. On J-Spec 2jzgte's it works flawlessly (though no monitoring) but on UK cars it falls flat on its face when the ignition harness is used. I also have yet to hear of anyone successfully using timing control of the EMB on a USDM 2jzgte. I know Mohd's site has a great install, but wther the Ignition timing end of things worked is a mystery.
For the 7M its MAFT all the way, quite easily the best BFB unit on the market.

I had it working fine on my 1jz. and it will be on my JDM 2jz for a bit till i swithc to my aem.
I have experiance with emanage on many 7m cars, it's worked like a charm.
MAFT t is a better option if you can ditch the AFM but emanage is very easy to learn and configure.

Let me know when your ready to install and il help you out with the correct jspec info (you can still use Mohds Site as a guide) and if your running bigger injectors etc etc i can sort you out with a basemap to get you going.
