VPC Diagnostics?

is there such a thing as diagnostics for the vpc?

to ensure it is running correctly?

Doc, think this is the only Troubleshoot available. I know nthey revised the VPC with a version 2, though ive only came across one of them, have no idea if they included built in diagnostics.
