Good shop in S. Fla. to repaint / powder-coat rims?

I'm thinking of changing the color of some Volk le28n's. Can anyone recommend a reputable shop I can trust to do this right?

Also, anyone know what the original finish of Voks are? Are they painted or powder-coated to begin with?
