Hey everyone,picking up my 88 mk3 targa top on the 10th,paying $1200 cause it needs new rod bearings...I think im just gonna buy a whole newer motor online and tear the old one out and rebuild it...all new high compression and lotz of boost,I did score a lil cause it has a gt35 turbo upgrade....anyways lemme know if anybody on here is near me and maybe I'll join up in a meet or two! :aigo:

Um....High compression and lots of boost = more bang for your buck, just not the type of bang you're looking for. LOW compression lots of boost, that's what you want :)

in most cases yes,but I want to build the hell out of the bottom end so I can have high compression and boost as well,I had 11-1 compression in my CRX w/ a t25 turbo at 7psi,made it fun! Im not too sure what I wanna do yet.... :biglaugh:
