willow springs. you have to sign up for events. "just drift" are the only ones allowed to hold events there supposedly, anyone else that holds an event has to go through them. fee is like around $125 and you'll need a helmet. they have events almost every two weeks, where i'd try go to all of 'em. theres one on the 25th of feb. heres their website www.justdrift.com and heres pics of my car at the last event i went too, so you can get an idea http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33909 hope this helps

there's also drift day www.driftday.com they used to use the parking lot at california speedway in ontario but i believe they are only at irwindale now. similar deal to just drift. your car has to pass tech, you have to wear a helmet. good fun and worth the price of admission IMO. i can't wait to finish my 1j swap and get out there with my mk3 :D
