Is there anything i could buy that would read and test the fuel pressure in our cars. I know some people are going to say a fuel gauge, but i want to know if there is something i could keep in the tool box.

And where could i buy it? I went to three different places Sears, autozone and strauss couldn't find anything.

All i could find was for mechanical fuel systems. Carburator i'm guessing.

I think your limited to more perminant options like in cabin or mechanical FP guages. Since non-carburated cars run at such a mugh higher pressure I'm assuming that a plug in tool would probably get blown right back out without being threaded in somehow.

For a very cheap solution you could use something like this: http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prrfnbr=1597&prmenbr=361 You'll need to find or make an adapter to fit it into the CSI port on the fuel rail.
