Need a cat in STL.... QUICK!!

Alrght.... I need a cat really soon because my plates are expired and my cat is toast. I cant pass emissions and cant get it registered. Can someone let me borrow a good cat from them for a day? 11.5 inches long, two bolt flange? Thanks a lot.

i know, this "free air program" is such bullshit. Even if all cars in the world had good emissions... there would still be a ton of pollution from factorys and all sorts of shit. There are millions of cows out there farting and destroying the ozone, and yet no one makes Farmer John get out there and shove a filter in their asses and pay $24 each year to make sure they're ok.... *end rant*

But yeah, I was thinking about just having my brother register it in his name out of the city limits, but im not sure if that can work.
