according to others, it won't fit on RHD/1JZ MKIII's because they hit the brake booster

that manifold looks pretty good to me and id try it if i had the money to pay with. Go with atleast a 90mm throttle body, if it was me ill go 100mm but totally up to u.

It will not fit on the LHD drive cars, you need to do some custome fabing to it, if you want it to work.
The only reason you would need that, is for looks or if you are going for big HP #s. Like 700+whp!

That is also very true!

Use an older Toyota Truck master cylinder. Problem fixed!
I think someone's using one in a build thread. jt2MA71's I think.
I don't know the specific part number, unfortunately...

Looks good to me if your makin enough power for it. And the tb size depends on your power as well. But the manifold looks fine good welds looks sturdy. :)

i wana make 500whp but i wana build the car to make 800 just so when im ready its capabile because im selling my corolla and imma put the money i get into the supra before i blow it on something stupid

ha ha do you have any idea how much money its going to take you to "make" a 800hp 1JZ,allot more than what your rolla is worh?? Why dont you just forgett about the GHEY ebay manifold, worrie about just getting a stock 1JZ engine in your car and running. If you have a 1J in your car and it runs hooray, now BPU it, then when your sick of that go single, add some fuel tune it and see if you like 500+whp,or just do a single now. If you are to bad ass for 500+whp, then do a big ass build. I dont think you will be maxing out the efficency of the stock intake mani anytime soon, and if you dont know what needs to be done to make it work on a LHD car, you havnt searched enough, the info is out there...
500whp to 800whp is a massive jump man, thats when shit gets a bit more that just slap on parts and go!

1.5 j and the kbb on my car is 17000 and i have about another 5000 into it so if i get 17000 that wont be enough

If you want those #s a 1jz is not the way to go. I would definatley go 1.5 or 2jz for that much power, it will save you a lot of money in the end.

It hits the Brake booster pretty bad. It is not thtat good looking inperson. I have seen one.
If anyone wants a really kool and functional manifold.....pm JAWSGEAR here on the forums and he will tell you all about it.

hey moe, would it be on his website at all? I'd like to check that out :) since i'm back in Chicago for a few more months, might as well spend some time researching and looking for more high power parts :) then slap them on when I get home

it is a 1.5 j thats the first think i said and my corolla is a XRS its pretty rare redline 8200 stock and a 6 speed. it has the same motor that come in the celica GTS and the lotus elise its actuall pretty impressive for a corolla

why is 800hp on a 1jz not that way to go. sure it takes a lil more than a 2jz but it's very possible. i know about 3 cars down here that made more than 800hp to the wheels on a stock block 1jz. just a lil head work, cams and a big ass turbo and fuel. There's a jamaican guy from fort lauderdale i'll hold on his name cause he's real secretive about his car that made over 1000 to the wheels on boost alone. so it's definitely possibly and if that's the engine he wants to do it with and has i say go for it trd88.
