SPAMMERS SHUT DOWN OUR EMAIL

It was bad for a little while, but now they are spamming it so much it exceeded our quota (which is very large) and I have not been able to receive email for a few days. We are trying to get this fixed asap, but if you did not get a reply that is the reason. I can still receive PM's on SM or Socalsupras.
I did see some orders come through the website and Jose is getting those shipped today.

We will also be closed for new years from dec 30th until jan 2nd.

Ive been through this as well. My previous host was brought down with all the spam so I changed hosts to a reliable server. We were getting abour 20,000 spam mails hitting the server per day. The current server can handle it but my mailbox couldnt so I had to set filters in place.

The thing that helped the most was to track down the IP address of most of the spams and block it at the server level. A lot of times, the spams priginate from the same or similar IP address (usually offshore) and you can block them which may take care of 80-90% of your spam.
