I am interested in getting my hands on a new intercooler setup from you. i was just wondering if you had a deal as piping and an IC. Probably wont be till spring as i am flat broke right now. Also how much cutting is required to go from your universal kit to a nice setup, and do you offer a sutom setup? One last question is how much would shipping to Canada be on these items. Thanks a lot and congrats on getting into the Authorized Vendors section.

Hey thanks! Sorry about not answering sooner, I forgot to add this thread to my automatic email notification! :icon_bigg
Well the intercooler piping kits are basically universal. I like to do it like that because:
#1 it keeps the cost down
#2 it always fits because you are making it fit :icon_bigg
#3 it's not directly competing with some of the other vendors I like that offer complete kits
#4 it can work with any combination of fan, intake plenum, radiator, etc...
Sometimes pre-made kits don't clear a certain something that may be different in your engine bay.
These kits are for the DIY guys that don't mind spending a few hours building something for their car.
The kits can be installed with very basic tools:
hack saw
socket set
drill and bits
a sawsall and a vice also might make the job easier.
Some people have asked if the piping can be welded. The answer is YES.
BUT, welding will only usually eliminate 2 couplers on a complete upper and lower piping kit. Since the couplers are good reinforced silicone, and the t-bolt clamps clamp down very tight, you are not really loosing anything doing the kit without welding required.

Shipping to Canada runs usually from $20 to $35 depending on the weight. I have used USPS, FedEx and UPS. I will not ship USPS to Canada ever again.
At this point I am giving UPS a shot. Some people complained about the duties with FedEx, others say UPS is the same, you choose. The paperwork is a pain in the ass for me with either one.:biglaugh:
