Heads Up Machine

anybody ever heard of them? i called them, its a guy who works/operates a machine shop out of his garage. he said he can lap my head at normal speed, to an RA of 20-30, and if he slows the machine down, he can get it below an RA of 10. (im using a cometic, need it less than 50RA)

anyone have experience with them? located in high falls, ny. right near new paltz.
