So I work at a Firestone and get a discount on stuff and have full reighn on any machine I want. I need new tires on my car. I'm thinking about Fuzion or Falken. Any thoughts or first hand experiance? BTW they will go on stock sawblades.

falkens are good but i just got a set of dunlop direzzes and i like them alot not loud like most performance tires but still plenty sticky. If you want somthing cheaper thow kumhos 712s are nice

Falkins are better then fuzions (cheap tires of bridgstones)...

But, go for the full bore... BFG KD...

if you work for firestone, can't you get Bridgestone S03?

Ummm...only advice I can give...DON"T BUY NITTO"S!!!!

I had the NT-450's on my car, and they get bulges so easily, my steering wheel would jerk...hit a pothole, and the tread seperated...I had to get three new tires within a year.

same with the kumho 712. The newer ones are fine though.

I've done lots of research and I'm going with the Falken RT-615's. If money was no object and they had the sizes I need, I would go with the BFG KD's in a heartbeat.

*** Just be sure to get a high performance tire. The entry level Falken Ziex tires are sticky but have the most spongy sidewalls I've ever experienced. My Mk2 lost a lot of handling going with the Ziex's. My bald BFG Comp T/A's handled better than the brand new Ziex's!!!

Don't go with the Ziex 512's unless you want to drift. I'm burning mine off every time I drive my car so I have to get some better tires.

I think im going with the Kuhmo Ecsta MX tires. They are right up there with the KDW's and they are half the price. I can't complain.

I was going to choose the Kumhos as well until I heard they squeal on hard cornering more than the Falkens do. Don't know for sure but that's what I've heard. I like the idea of ripping through corners hard without attracting unwanted attention.

Thats what I have. 235/60s on sawblades in the back. I love them. If you want your car to do 360's around a corner, get falkens. Our cars are too powerful for them if you dont know how to handle properly.
