Stand on the foot brake, yank the hand brake, and give her throttle til it builds up boost. to go, floor it and release both brakes.
It's hell on your transmission. Don't do it often.

do not brake boost for more than 3 seconds at a time, it is horrid on your box / fluids

LOL go from a roll its much more fun. You could get a trans cooler and a trans brake or stall converter if your staying auto, my slushbox is one day leaving and being replaced with r154 goodness, lol till then theres the highway.

^two sides to that. I have fun leaving the lights with 7 psi through the auto. I also had fun tearing out of the hole with a 6K clutch drop on nitto DR's.
Get a big big big cooler, and search for info on shimming the accumulators for better performance. Also, tighten up the kickdown cable a bit.

Unfortunately, no one makes a trans brake for the 7m :(

Automatics suck. Worst things ever...Makes your car slow.
I'd also never spend the money to get a big fat tranny cooler that sits behind my bumper where the fog light sits, either.
NEVER EVER EVER!
