BIC performance is now offering a bolt on 3" downpipe for the 1jzgte. This downpipe will bolt directly to the stock "Y" pipe and to your existing cat or testpipe. The downpipe is made from aluminized mild steel and coated with a high temp paint for corrosion resistance. Included are new upper Y pipe and lower cat maetal gaskets. If you feel your 1jz running out of steam in the top end this will help make more power, and allow you to run more boost. A polished ceramic coating is offered at an extra cost of $130.

Here is some pics. I dont think I will build a Y pipe, I cant compete with the pricing of the E-bay one, and its a llot of time to make one of those, I know becuase I made the original one that ended up being copied and made in China.

Isn't it the other way around? I have a JDM cat back exhaust and the USDM cat is 1" too short.

Does the test pipe come with gaskets? Interested in getting one, but I don't know which one I need.

Werd, I need a 1" LONGER test pipe. I just spent an hour and a half trying to get my exhaust lined up just to find out my test pipe is an inch too short. I'm 1JZ btw, test pipe was originally off of a 7M car.

Yes sorry I messed up, the JZA70 cat is 1" longer than the USDM cats, but the JDM catbacks are also 1" longer, and the 1jz downpipe is shorter too. So if you are using a JDM longer cat back with a 7m downpipie you will need a shorter testpipe by 1".

Either way i can make it what ever length you want, just give me the measurement and I will weld it up for you.

Yes I include two gaskets and new nuts, bolts and washers.
