I don't have any yet but I had heard they weren't and I was planning on getting gt30r's and was hoping they were cuz that would suck to spend all that money and not be able to rebuild them.

My understanding is the early ones weren't but later production ones are!
(Early will have an External Oil restriction Late has it built in)

i heard it was just a rumour and all were rebuildable might be right might be wrong mine dosent have any external restrictions on it ian
