Okay its that time to pull the turbo off. What other things should I get well I pull it off? I was thinking about ordering the oil line kit from mdc. Would this make instalation/ removal easier next time? I have just heard that removal is a pain. Thanks for the input.

Get an EGT Sensor if you don't have one yet.

the mdc oil line kit would make it much easier to take the turbo off, the whole time i was doing it i justw wished i had braided lines because u cant see the bolts ur removing at all, as far as doing it with the stock lines tho the easiest way is to put a 12mm socket on a 5-6" extention and follow the oil line to the block, he other thing to keep in mind is that u wont be able to get to the one on the right w/o removing the exhaust manifold support thats connected to the manifold and block right under the turbo

Well it sounds like I might be ordering one of these kits. It sounds like it is a pita. Time to tear down.....

you can replace the manifold gasket, the exhaust DP gasket.... and of course oil line if you get a new one.

you can install a oil filter relocation kit....

Not much else I can think of. Removing the turbo is quite routine for a lot of mk3 owners :)
