so i went to the 1/8 mile today and i did much better today than last week.

i found that with these new falken tires i have; they seem to hook best a 25psi of air pressure.

with that said it was super hot today and i was running about 19-20psi. i have a small boost spike then the turbo will settle down to the above pressure.

here is 2 of my good runs

2.0......60ft

8.3@90mph

run 2...

2.2.......60ft
8.5@92mph

i found that the more i upped the boost the harder is was for me to go faster.
i'm having a small spike i need to address.

i also found that lauching a like 4500 rpms is the sweet spot for me and on the first run 1 had 0 wheel hop.

second run i had tons of wheel hop..

i'm getting better..

FYI is was over 95 degrees today

you're insane racing in that much heat....your 1/8th time is still quite low.

Nice job man............lol

To get into the 7's are you going to up your boost, or leave it where it is? Have you tried lower than 25 psi on your tires? I run mine at 22 psi, and raise my fronts to 40psi. Good luck.....................lol
