Post the sheet, and mods, no chit chat or questions. How does that sound?

Here is my latest dyno. I don't know how good it will show up, but I made 406 rwhp, and 384.2 torque.

My upgrades in no particular order are as follows: Garrett to4e turbo. intercooler from Big Aaron w/ 2 1/2" lower ic pipe and stock uppers, walbro 255 fp, 550 inject., lexus afm with cone filter, aeromotive fpr, apexi afcII, apexi avc-r, turbo xs bov, 3" exhaust with no cats, bic ddp, and I think that's it.

Edit: If you'll choose full page, the image is alot clearer.
Edit: The first dyno shows my old dyno with auto, and 12.5 psi vs. manual with 18 psi. I didn't have a boost controller on when I made the 406 and you can tell it was a gradual boost instead of a quick one.

I'll try and post it up again.............

My dyno sheets look different than everyone elses. I think my wastegate was getting stuck open at the time..............what do you think?

398rwhp 347rwtq @13.2psi (nowhere near the turbo's efficiency range, lol)

We couldn't get anymore boost out of it even with the ProfecB @ 100%...figure it to be a weak wastegate spring (8.7psi spring installed). Temperature was a whopping 31*C that day!

EDIT: Plug gaps later found to be: 0.035", 0.037", 0.040", 0.040", 0.046", 0.047"....Plugs have replaced and gapped to 0.028-0.029". Should be over 400rwhp now... ;)

Thanks.. Its a very basic setup. And I'm actually a little low on compressin in my #4 cylinder. I bet if I had a very healthy engine and went with a 1.4mm headgasket instead of a 2.0mm, I would probably be around 525-540rwhp.

Well I just dynoed last weekend but my numbers weren't worth scanning. Sadly 18psi only gave me 10 more hp than 15psi and ran too lean for my liking, and anything over that = fuel cut. Here's my old sheets at 15psi, this was 2hp and 1ftlb less than my newest.

Ubersupra, its looks you are making about 25 more rwhp than I did when I had my SP61GT running 18psi, with nearly an identical setup. Looks like I spooled about 200rpm's ealier- proabably due to the cooler condition when I dynoed.

I would like to see what you car will do at higher boost. I bet it will make 500+rwhp with a little mroe boost.

Yeah it's pretty much stock, only thing really modified is the injecters! all ive done is make the car breathe and flow alot better... now i just need to decide what fuel computer to buy!!! so many options!!! and it all comes down to what computer the dyno tuner can use.

Went to Rrev today and got 2 hours of dyno pulls in. Here's the best I came up with.

13psi - 324rwhp/317tq.
11psi - 314rwhp/312tq.

7mgte, stock ct26 with chipped impeller blades/some turbo whine. Aeromotive FPR, 2.5" hardpipes, 24x12x3 intercooler, 3" turbo back exhaust, maft pro on speed density with maft pro boost controller, 5spd.check sig for further mods'

http://img512.imageshack.us/img512/8799/test0001smallux8.jpg

I thought this was a very good baseline. My next dyno is in june and I will have a 57trim to compare.

Key notes:
NO boost controller, leaking turbine gasket, bottom end knock (probalby main bearings), no fuel pump rewire and i suspect too much timing advance for 9.5CR. my CPS also has a massive oil leak so it may be messing w/ my timing.

damn good numbers considering its a mustang dyno, keep up the good work!!! BTW, is that a T3 flange t61?? Also, I know this is a load based dyno(weight, estimated drag), I noticed your claimed weight is lower than what it should be, that weight effects the numbers if I remember right... can any body verify???

That was at the Tampa meet. How do you know my car doesn't weigh 32oo lbs? Jk. The owner of the shop was running the dyno & he never asked what the car weighed, just typed it in himself.

Agreed. I would've had that dropping to NO higher than 11.9 after 3.5K. I can't believe it doesn't even go to the 12's till full boost hits.

Yea, first run was with the sniffer type WB, second run was in the stock o2 location. It was still lean so I bumped up the FP to 42psi @ idle with the vac line, and bought an SAFC-II.

You just needed those drag radials in your avatar at the track that night... You would have been in the 12's no doubt..

Aye Mate, very good numbers.. If you had an EVC your power curve would be much better. Your boost is creeping up to 16psi, but in the midrange, your only at 12-13psi.

can you monitor fuel pressure? sure it is rising 1:1?
where did you buy the walbro?

I have a guage on the aeromotive afpr and what should i look for on the guage? The fuel pump i bough form mvp motorsports online it had a walbro stamp on it and paper work with it. Im gonna send my 440's to get rebuilt and flow tested and with that a im gonna get a new wideband that has dataloggin technology. Damn i cant seem to figure out how jbl made so much power with the stock 440's i know he had them rebuilt and at 42psi for his run and we both have the same parts except my 440s are old i guess ..

wardog, how did you only get to 105mph on the wheel speed if 4th gear is supposed to go to about 120ish? do you have short gears or something?

your torque looks fairly strong. not bad at all for only 11-12psi. you should be able to pull out low 400's closer to 20psi... or at least near the 400hp mark.

the 440's should be able to do more before they max out, but you have to remember you are still on the stock ECU. unless you have an FCD, youll have a really hard time getting the full potential out of your stock fuel system.

I found out guys that my speedo is reading +10 mph, let say it reads 60mph when im actually going 50mph. I personally haven't changed the gears why im i reading +10mph? I found out when i was passing through several speed readers on the freeway.

By the way the light blue line on the middle graph is my first run at 1 bar made 377rwhp and i forgot what the torque was but it was more than that .....
