'03 evo and an srt-4 [Archive]

ok it's not a kill but i tried....

ok first of all i've been having problems with my fuel (rich/lean), and i was adjusting it getting it right and decided to take it for a ride. well on my way back home there was an evo and an srt-4, sitting in a parking lot and they were eyeballing the shit out of me. i keep going cause i'm just testing my car and out of nowhere, a mile down the road or so they both come flying up behind me.

now we are all three on a three lane road, and i'm not much for racing on the street, but i said what the hell!!! the evo's first, from a roll at about 45...i'm in second and we launch...side by sidethrough second and it's over cause of traffic. i get on the highway and we all three go from about 55 all the way through 100 and the evo pulled by about a half a car or so and the srt-4 was about a half a car in front of him...oh well it's still running rich

No worries you'll get there.... time for a turbo upgrade and some tuning. Remember this: They paid 2 to 3 times as much as you did for your, and your car is 13+ years old - NOT TOOOO SHABBY.

Suprised you didnt pull on the EVO at first as they are weak from a roll.

Any known mods to either car?

the evo my buddy knows and i think he was running open downpipe, seeing that i didn't see exhaust and the srt4 was stage 2 or so he says i don't know what that entails

srt-4's are pretty quick if modded right and uhhhh it may be better than stage 2 cuz stage 2 srt-4's only beat evo's with bad drivers so not to sure on that, nice try, just remember theres always someone faster than you out there but ya never know till ya go.
