extra wire on 7m-ge swap

hey im swaping am auto 7m-ge itno a 5 speed 82 Supra, under the intake I have a blue 2 pin connecter that i cant find where it goes is a JDM motor and the harness that was on it was cut and did not have the blue connector. Does any body know where it goes or what it is? Thanks

I'm pretty sure that's the connector for the VSV there. I'm not sure, because I took off my VSV. Lol.
