awesome wish i had read about the 'valve spring compressor' i made my own one question though......how did you end up putting the retainers back in??

haven't got that far yet, that's the next how-to :)

i looked forever for a lever type spring compressor screws into a bolt hole in the head and pivots down onto the spring keeper......no one has them!!

i ended up using a plastic socket cut two large peices out of the side[big enough for a finger] and then used a small peice of wood and a huge C-clamp. i'll try to upload a picture tomorrow worked pretty good.
