ooh ooh! i get first!
ok ive only had my car on the prepped surface twice. toatal of about 7-8 runs and have yet to break into the 14's.. i just dyno'd 238 whp and 278 ft/lbs cuttin 2.2+ 60's trapping 98 mf'n mph !! i dont think im spinnin that bad comin out of the hole and it feels like if i feather the clutch it dogs. i dunno. guess i need more time out there

I have yet to get to the track with my car, hell, i havn't driven my car yet.

But i plan on breaking into the 16's possibly!:biglaugh:

Do you mean into 14's or out of 14's. I ran a 13.8 with a 2.15 60' and 99.5mph, so there is no reason why you shouldn't be mid to low 14's as it is. Do you have a slip?

edit:

Here is a slip that is closer to your numbers. Even with your 60' you should have 14's easily unless you are having issues shifting or a slipping clutch?

i dont have any slippage and i nail all my shifts. i did run my first 15.0 w/ 2.5 60' hittin fuel cut in second and third,and trappin in the 98's. i also ran a 15.0 @ 8 psi trappin 92 mph cuttin 2.2 60's so.. we'll see next time

huh...at 98 mph you should definately be going faster than 15 flat. I'm around 96 mph spinnin at the line and managed a 14.9...boost gauge pegged. How the hell are you hitting fuel cut at 8 psi? boost leak?

i had an mbc on iit that day and it was set for 11 but kept spiking to 13 and hit it..

Yeah, with a 2.5 60' that makes sense, that puts you right in line with my run if you pulled a 2.25. I say keep on boostin, one of these times you are bound to hook up, that is what I had to do when I started out. Do you think you could be pulling a one wheel peel or is your diff in order?

the first time i went to the track i was getting ~2.4 60' times, ran a 14.3 at 102.... the trap speed seems kind of high for the time... so i'll learn how to launch better before going again.
