You get plenty of fuel with a stock system, good enough for most mods you are likely to do to your NA. Lex/550's is too much fuel for an NA. Unless it is an absolute monster built/stroked etc 7M.
As far as spray there are people that do it and get results but I think the main rule would be to make sure your engine is up to it first, well maintained etc....

lexus afm wont fit the plugs are different.I believe 550's can be done but u have to adjust the screw in the afm for the flapper is it can compensate

Not worth it on the 550's and lex AFM. Save your money!
And on the nitrous issue, im thinking about it, but make sure you build your engine accordingly!
otherwise ca-boom.
I think running a 125 shot would be a nice boost!

Lex AFM wont work and maybe a 75 wet shot at most.

I think the NA injectors are 380cc (I'm not shour)And the Lex are 550cc, I think it will run to rich unless you got a air/fuel raitho controler and turn the dudy cycel down.

AKA its really pointless.

The factory computer can not interperate the signal from the tubo air flow meter, which is a Karman Vortex meter. It sends a frequency varied signal to the computer. The 7MGE airflow meter is a Vane Airflow meter. As the chronic smoker pointed out, you can adjust the GE airflow meter. You have to open the electronics, and tighten the spring. But it isnt calibrated in any way for those bigger injectors, and you engine without boos will not ever need them.

You can make this work BUT here is the problem. The AFM is not the restriction. The AFM does not become a restriction until 300HP.
The restriction is in the cams, in the upper end. So you can do it, and it will give you a little response/torque, but not much in the way of horsepower.

<'88 NA injectors are low impedance 260-320cc/min (300?)
<'88 turbo injectors are low impedance 404-456cc/min (440)
'89+ NA injectors are high impedance and flow 276-340cc/min (320?)
'89+ turbo injectors are low impedance 404-456cc/min (440)

and no, you can't use the LEX afm on an N/A.

Will NOT work on a NA !!
NA uses a flapper meter, and the turbo 7M/ Lexus use a Karman Vortex signal.
Totally different systems.
The flapper meter sends a signal to the ECU that varies from 5-0 volts.
The Lexus type meter sends out a frequency signal (at max. it is around 16,000 cycles/minute).
I have done mods to several NA 7M air flow meters.
But unless you have several gauges to set the system by, you can't get them tuned.
I run an EFI brand combo meter that shows both injector duty cycle, and A/F ratio.
My latest car has these mods, and besides the SARD fuel pressure reg., I also have a Super-AFC.
But 550cc injectors are way too big for a NA, and the later 7Ms came with 315cc, which work fine if you jack the fuel pressure up.
I am running about 45 psi.
Earlier 7Ms had slightly smaller, about 285cc injectors.

Dont feel bad. Look at how many times it has been rehashed on the internet.
While I dont have a repair manual in front of me, I can tell you the rating is as they say, lower. It is something like 60-80 cc per 15 seconds. So they could be as low as 240cc injectors. I dont even remember what the exact spec was.
