I found out its the green harness for the cps, how do i hard wire it now so its doesnt happen again, like is it the same wire thats opposite side of the other harness.

cps=cam position sensor. i think you mean distributor as n/a's do not have a cps. maybe you could get a new plug and replace the old one. would stay clipped better. wouldnt just hardwire it even though it would be easy. in the future you will one day need to remove the distributor and you'll wish you had that plug.

sounds like an over all tune up. Start with the plugs and then check out the wires. then go to the distributor cap and rotor and you can take that cover off.

Check to see if there's a powder looking substance in the distributor cap and/or plug wire ends. If there is, you'll need a new distributor cap and rotor. When you take the dizzy cap off, do not move the rotor. That is bad! Pull it straight off and put it straight back on.

i think you mean distributor as n/a's do not have a cps. In a 7MGE, the cam position sensor is a part of the distributor. Otherwise, the ECU would not know when to fire the injectors and ignitor. The injectors are not sequential, but fired in twos in order.
