I got the 86.5 up and running good but every now and then it chokes when I floor it. Seems to do it mainly in the lower gears. i dont know if its choking or of its not getting enough fuel revving doesnt affect it just when driving.

I have this problem once in awhile like you describe at full throttle. I consider it a mild problem, but like you I would like to find out the cause. Could it be dirty injectors? It seemed to occur a few months after I had installed my Apexi intake system.

Fuel cut in an N/A? My guess would be no. I would just do a simple tune up: plugs, wires, cap, rotor. The works, then troubleshoot if necessary.
I've only felt my motor choke when the plug wells were filled w/ oil run-off from the old valve cover gaskets. Check the ignition components before injectors..... much easier.

check your ISC, this is a good chance at being your problem, clean all the carbon out of it and see if that helps, it did for me

I'd say a carbon build-up in the intake or semi clogged injectors hence choking at WOT. Step on the pedal and it needs more fuel....blocked injectors, starved for fuel.
