that has got to be one of the biggest pain in the A** jobs, its just two bolts, and the connections. but a hard job. good luck.

3ft extensions, and a wobble will save you countless hours of pain.
I got mine off in about 1-2 hrs and about 30min to put it back in, but my back and neck is sore from laying on the ground for 2 hrs hehe.
One bolt on the bottom of the starter and the other is 180 degrees clockwise so its almost on the top of the bellhousing

yeha i saw iyt :S. PITA huh. i guess im gonan go out and buy some of those high grade jacks and shit take it off one by one. as a side not what size bolts to get it off?

^^^Yes, if they are old (are they probably are :biglaugh:) they will break off with just a touch...ask me how I know...:nono:

i was really impatient with mine when i did it, just took the selnoid off left the gers on the car and all the crap inside fell out like the rod in the middle, i spent a good half hour figuring out how an electric starter works, just took the selenoid off of new starter, put it back on the car, works like new.
figure i'll change it when i pull tranny after my TC or flexplate goes, whichever comes first.
