i think i may have idle prob??

okie i had a bhg not to long ago and i replaced the head and all the above to get the car started.....i did some mods like fipk k&n filter, BOV, etc some other basic mods.....and i also have a cracked accordian hose near the turbo about an inch or so.....
question is.....
my car now idles at like 1000 or a lil more....b4 it usta idle around 800 or 750
is that a problem???
if so what should i check for ???
any info would be appreciated.....

it might be the bov. when i put my hks ssq bov on my car idles at about 500... when it wasnt on it was at 1000-1200. everything is tightened up to. i think the bovs make everything kinda wierd but dont know why
