Here are a few pictures of my new turbo from www.BNRTurbos.com in Moody, Alabama. Hope to get a few extra horses from it.

The pictures do not do it justice. It is really a pretty aluminum color and it looks almost grey on here. I just hope I can get it hooked back up succesfully.

Ok, so what are the details?
How much was it?
Is it a direct bolt on replacement?
Is it the Turbonetics exhaust housing?
What is the expected power output?

Bigaaron, I was just posting on your thread about the intercooler. It is a Garrett TO4E with 50 trim. O trim turbine. I dont even know what most of that means. I do know that a lot of people have bigger than 50 trim on their turbos, but I'm not making but 250 rwhp. I bought it from www.BNRturbos.com in Moody Alabama. I paid 650.00 for it. I seen some cheaper, but I had to have it pretty quick. It took him two days to build this one for me. He specializes in rx7's, but he builds turbos for anything. I hope it is a direct bolt up. The only difference is it is a 4" inlet instead of 3".
"Trim" isn't a direct comparison between 2 different Turbos SH.
I did a thread on it awhile back and you could have 2 "50 Trim" turbos with different size wheels that would flow totally different amounts of HP! ;)

thanks IJ. As I have stated numerous times in other threads: I am completely ignorant when it comes to turbos and some other mechanical things. I just know when I push the accelerator down, it feels really good. I hope this is at least an upgrade from stock. I'll know tomorrow when I drive it. I'll really know when I get back on the dyno and have it tuned.

Thats cool, thanks! 50 trim should be great with that upgraded exhaust housing and bigger intake housing. I am looking for something along those lines, I don't want a dyno queen, I want something that is streetable and spools fast and is most efficent in the 400whp range.

I agree with you bigaaron. I dont ever expect to get over 300rwhp. I'm only at 250 now and love my car. I would like to get the lexus afm so I dont hit fuel cut so often. lol.

With that turbo, exhaust, intercooler, and a maft or lex with 550's you will be easily over 350whp, closer to 400.
