I have an 87 N/A 5 speed right now. I'm gettin a 1jz soon. What parts will I need that usually dont come with the engine/tranny swap? Besides the 89+ crossmember or motor mounts, 2jz water pump, pulley, and fan. The one im looking at already includes the transmission, ecu, wiring harness, block, turbos, intake manifold, complete head, sensors, exhaust manifold, fuel rail, injectors, throttle body, ignition wires, and power steering pump.

Dammit, where the hell do i get the driveshaft and diff.? Just when I thought all is slowing down and i might be nearer to getting the engine, lol. And whats wrong with my diff.? Is there any specific reason i need to switch it out?

There is nothing wrong w/your diff. You can still use it. The only difference is the 1JZ diff. has a 4.10 gearing w/a torsen diff. compare against a 4.30 from a N/A. Is your diff a LSD diff? If it isn't, then you have a open diff.
You need to get a turbo driveshaft from a 7MGTE for your 1JZ 'cause the N/A is slightly longer than the turbo one (about an inch or so).

What is a reasonable price for a 7mgte driveshaft?

If you get a front clip from Jarco [costs a little more, but WORTH it!] and you specify it, I'm sure they will thrown in the driveshaft. They usually throw in the differential, struts and badging if you get a Twinturbo-R front clip.

Those guys are awesome. I got my tail lights and turbo timer from them. I'm lucky though, they are maybe 20 mins away from me. So when I get the 3k for the clip, then I can just go and pick the thing up. :) He took me back and showed me a front clip when I went there for the turbo timer. He even pulled the thing out and let me check it all out. Told me I could walk out the door with it and anything else that I needed to do a swap. They can get pretty much anything.
