I was planning a meet over at cs.com for Orlando in about 3-4 months, and celica-gts.com is also planning a meet there at around the same time. It would be cool to get a larger group together if anyone's interested. my suggestion was to rent out a dyno shop for a few hours/day whichever.

any other ideas/comments welcome.

Damn I might just cruise down I think its only like 6 to 8 hour ride but only if we get enough people. Hell i was actually thinking of moving there if I can find a good job. Great chance to check the area out

I might be able to swing by a meet for a couple hours in Orlando.
My parents just moved there from Chattanooga and if I have the cash to get down there it would be a 2 for 1 trip for me.

Just really depends on whether or not I can save the gas money or not.

Just fyi, there is already an Orlando supra meet scheduled for February 17th-18th. Schedule of events is yet to be determined. You should all try to make it to that!

The meet we're trying to get together would be March or April. I'm working on 3 forums with this and it's hard to get everyone to agree on a date. There's plenty of time so no huge rush right now.

and I know *nothing* about Orlando and what dyno shops and what parks would be cool to meet at, so any suggestions/ideas would be awesome

I'm out. I have to spend the cash to make it to my grandfathers funeral in Arlington in April.
Won't be able to afford anything else for a while.

do me a favor and call them up and ask how much it would be for a few hours worth of dynoing, say 3-4 hours. :)

Blah...this event was to take place in march or April, but I don't think it's going to happen. Seems to many other events are planned near the same time, and I'm not getting much help in organizing this so... I dunno. :(
