instead of buying a new steering rack could i just get the seal kit, because its only the seals that are broken..:1zhelp:

You mean the boots? If so, yes.

Boots do not seal the rack, they just keep out dust. You need to replace the oil seals seen here: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=SR&P=61

The racks aren't bad though. I got mine through o'reilly for 200 bucks, 100 dollar core. Not Toyota obviously but gets the job done.
