can a 7mge tranny/ecu work with a 7mgte?

Almost done with my swap for my cressida and i got a few questions that are making my brain itch, and havent been able to find any answers.

I was inquiring whether or not i need to get a 7mgte ecu for my transmission if im doing a 7mgte swap into my cressy.
Also i was going to ask if there is anything i need to do with my dash (non turbo dash in my cressida), and i cant swap in a supra turbo dash(i dont think). Or if i just need a gauge cluster or something.

I got all my gte electronics ready to go and im just waiting for my cylinder head to get back from the shop.

Tranny, sure. ECU, not so much. The dash from the GE to the GTE is slightly different in the Supra - Voltmeter in the GE, Boost gauge in the GTE, and as I recall the tach is different.

You can make the gauges work... I forget how off the top of my head, but it's pretty well documented in the NA-T threads as I recall.
