Anyone from Montana

Yeah I know Montana doesn't really exist but I am looking at a job with Bresnan Communications and it located in Billings MT so i was looking for anyone that lives near there for some info.

Going from Florida to MT I hope you have plenty of warm stuff to wear for the winter. I went to MT for vacation last summer and I must say it looked like a beautiful place with lots of wide open spaces. Helena was particularly nice. Helena had no stop signs on the streets in town (watch out!). I have heard that real estate is expensive there. No sales tax last I heard and the state is in financial trouble as a result. Sorry I can't give any real info on the place. Try contacting their commerce department and maybe they can help you out.

Also found a site called City-Data.com and then located a forum of people that live in that area.

Yeah no sales tax real estate is not expensive at all they do have a state income tax but there is talk about FL getting one maybe not soon but it will happen. I have lived in Des Moines IA so i am accustom to the cold and snow

My uncle live near Billings for many years, then moved back to ohio. Just two years ago, he moved back to Red Lodge, MT and runs a bed and breakfast. He really loves it up there. If you want i can get info from him next time i call him. Just tell me what you need to know and i could ask...
