The Map sensor filter...

So i find that car ran WAY better with the map sensor vacuum on a diff port other than the one with the filter... I want to know what you call this peice or if i can buy a new one( or what thread is that screw in side of it is ) Whether it has the filter or no and replace my stock one.. I kinda need all the vacuums i can get lol.
