wastegate vacuum line

i was looking at the vacuum line cumming off the wastegate today and realized it wasnt connected to anything. is this the one that comes off the bottom of the accordian pipe or what?

If its a CT-26 it comes off the turbo right on the compressor outlet. All in all the peice of line is only about 3" long. Been having some boost spikes?:naughty:

lol yes yes i have i havent driven the thing since before winter i got other things that have had to be done. i took it out the other day and having this problem. now im trying to tune it with a safc and its hitting fuel cut lol.
