I know it requiers API GL5 Hypoid Non-LSD Gear oil @ 1.3 . My question is what brand, grade,( 75w90 I think?) and is there any aditive i should purchase , like a friction modifier??

Oil....

seriously just about anything will work in a T1 they're not fussy at all like a regular LSD :)

THANKS IJ! Perfect , I just didnt want to run something that could harm or not give the diff the additive the it could requier! i have redline 75W90, i guess this will work.....

Very welcome as long as the Oil is good for the temp ranges you drive the car in you're good to go!

I :love:'d my T1 Diff they're brilliant and as long as you don't shock load it pretty damn tough!

ya i've been haveing a few little problems with her , trying to get others input on it before i get in there and start tearing shit apart !

Feel free to throw sum imput my way , if you can? as it stands I've narrowed it down to Diff, Axels, or wheel bearings???

put in sum new 75w90 gear oil to buy me a little time , till i figuer out the problem for sure (cause i drive her to work daily )
