Hey i drove my supra today and when driving like under 20, the speedo needle bounces up and down, but not alot like it will bounce 15-20, 15-20, like that and when under acceleration it bounces. WTF?

I got the same thing. I read around and I heard that oil needs to be added to the speedomoter cable or something like that. I wasn't exactly sure how to do it though. If anyone knows I'd appreciate the information.

pull the cable off the transmission, unhook it from it's mounts up through the engine bay, hang it from the hood. pour oil down it, and let it sit overnight. that should cure the problem. if you're really ambitious, you could also take out the gauge cluster and put a bit of oil in the cable that way.

I've tried 10-30w and tranny fluid on several vehicles over the years. I like tranny fluid because it goes in easier, and motor oil seemed to thick, and bind the cable a bit.
