well as some of you guys know I used to have old build thread about my old 86.5 race car she has bean retired

but I now started to graft parts onto the 92 and many are on there just not going let it all slip out yet

I said to my self I would not make build thread but after reading Reign_Maker thread maybe you can push me so I can complete mine faster



what I have done so far that will to tell

I got my dual filter relocate in and ditched the stock pressure bleed and running 2nd Gen rx7 turbo oil cooler
removed all my abs lines and fuel lines reason being is abs is gay and Kaaz 2way lsd triggers the abs all the time scary shit when drifting or just reg racing

since my ffi is in the way of the batt it's going in the back with taylor box and kill switch ECT blaa blaa blaa

getting my turbo re done at precision turbo and is going to be beefed up to be able to run no bov at racing event's all so going to have my bov on solenoid so I can turn it on and off if I wish

so this said so far I hope you guys enjoy this thread and the wacky ideas I have

no i had to choose between the 2 so the 92 won

that and the other cars shell was um to race car ish for me now hell i had no heater in the 86 it was riped out

well my ffi base plate is is done nice and smooth

so now all i have to do is make the rest witch should be easy

here is trick to cut alumin very fast and stright use a skill saw or table saw cut's it like butter use mealt base blade or high teeth count wood blade boother work just as good don't use ripping blade thous cause teh thel are off swiped

i am kinda on hold for now caus ei got to pick up some carpet for the back of my car then i can run my battie box ect

well back to the grauge i go since work is done it's beer time lol

well my alt has bena moved so it's no big deal to me i have to use some jb weld thou on the injecotr holes cause there tiny pit's in it witch may cause a leak but it is no big deal

think i may drop the tranny some time this week but frist i have to blance it

well my intake is comeing along
just cut it so i can un warp it the rest should be done today mabey if i have time other peoples cars come frist


all so got all the sound deading out of the back trunk so i can lay new carpet since it will look may better this way whe i monte my battier and other fun stuff

looks lieik trannies gonna be droped out

and cracked open since i have some leeks and such no big deal thou

well i never got around to pulling my tranny but i did make way on my ffi

see mine is slighty difften then other's

all let you look and see can you notice the diff between teh other that have bean made

ps she now is level as stock we will see as soon as i make the surge tank so see if she is still flat

Ryan: They move around a lot when welding ;)

I ended up flycutting mine in the CNC it's was a really sketchy clamp job so I had to take quite a few tiny skims.

well intake is all fitted just have to weight tell i go to work tommrow and she is done

my turbo is all figured out sad part is i chould not aford the one change i wanted to do and that was a big shaft so i chould run no bov

so now i whent with faster spooling setup

started wiht a t 67 p trim and now i replaced the p trim with there new turbine bmg if remmber right suppost to spool really stuiped fast compared to the p trim 500 to 1000 less lag and give me an extra 50 hp out of it all so i upgraded to there 0 ring comppser cover


now what to run as in bov's

i have one tial 50 mill but i all so have 2 blitz duale drives what one should i run hummm

got my new fule filter with shut off vavle built in or as ij say's fancey tap

trubo shuld be here today so excited to see it


but here is some pics of the manfold i still ahve to grind some of the weld off but no big deal

Are you giving your intake manifold the shocker????? LOL.

What do you think of that TB? I have also looked into buying one since it accepts the stock TPS. Speeking of TPS what sensor dose it use? pre 89 or 89+

well i got my turbo today wow pimp shit i must say i so excited all most huged the ups man

pte did a good job

on secounhd note i did cheak both tps today you can use eather one but the 89 works the best

you will have to drill 2 holes then conter sink so the bolt head will clear the tps i will show how upcoming in this thread it's pretty easy

i have sweet spot for my kill switch hiden so no one can fuck with it and can be easy got to at the track once removed 2 screws and pop off

all i have to use is some water proof greas to makes the seal for the tabs for water to not get inot my car and for easyer pop off

man has it bean busy quite my job study for my class 1 licence
bring all my tools home form work and then sort them all out man i have alot of tools that are just going to be used as junk bin tools like 1000 extra sockets ect

here is my new shop at home it's prety messy still do to sorting and such

but i did grab a photo of my car with the turbo on

well since i have not really herd any thing good form bc cams i think i going to get re grind done from these guys http://www.coltcams.com/they did a set of cams for me along tiem ago but there to small to bother with on my new setup

so i gonna give them a call tommrow plus there really close to where i live
