Good looking out. RockAuto usually had the best prices on Denso parts, oil filters and wiper blades. Don't forget your 5% off promo code :)

What is the 5% off code?

Also, anyone know anything about the Felpro rubber oil pan gasket. I am aware you should use FIPK but I would like to replace the gasket without pulling the motor. If I use FIPK the motor would have to be pulled b/c there is no way you are putting a bead of FIPK on the oil pan and its going to stay where I want it while shimmying the oil pan back into place.

Also, are the BECK/ARNLEY pads decent?

Don't ever use a pan gasket. Just asking for leaks.

Beck arnley is a decent brand for oe replacement parts.

Just search Google for a 5% discount code. Lots of car forums will post up new ones.
If you order enough parts off Rock Auto they just email them straight to you. :)

Thanks, I'll pass on the oil pan gasket. Just got new pads for the front and rear for $5 each and wipers for $1.26 each.

I picked up a bunch of random parts that I anticipated needing in the future.
Couldn't resist when they were ~2 - 3$ each. :D

I also want to update this thread to let you know that you can search wholesale closeouts for other vehicles as well. I have a 04 Lexus gs300 and when you search normally for parts you get a unique vehicle number code in the URL which is 1426047. Take that number and replace the 1278468 in the 1st post URL and you will see the discounts for other vehicles too.

Yup.
I have a couple other codes for my Civic and Tribeca as well.

The trick is figuring out what code is for all the other vehicles you are interested in :D

Here is the trick:
Navigate to whatever vehicle you are interested in parts for. (using the normal catalog)
In the browser address bar copy the 7 digit code and replace it here: (where the xxxx's are)
http://www.rockauto.com/RSS/vehiclefeeds.php?carcode=xxxxxxx&m=wc&l=en&html=true

For instance I randomly searched a few vehicles codes:
1027819 - 1996 Cadillac Seville
1436900 - 1974 Lancia Stratos
1270572 - 1985 Subaru XT

Try it out!

Edit:
You already explained the trick and I glazed over your post.
Its obviously way too late, need to crash out im working too hard lately...
