What standalone are you using? Did you adjust your settings in your tuning software for the new hall effect sensor?

You can move it to a point to get it running and then adjust it with a timing light. You can also adjust the timing point in the emu software.

When I installed mine (AEM v2), I had someone turn the car over, without starting it, while I observed with a timing light and made adjustments to get the timing set. At that point I started it and made my final adjustments.

Also, in your standalone console, check to make sure that the cam and crank counts are incriminating when you turn over the engine.

I eventually went back to a rebuild OEM CPS as the sensors on the digital CPS would fail from engine heat; but that is just my experience.
