Hey guys I'm in the process of swapping in my Non-VVT-i 2jz into my MK3. And I was looking at CXRacings site for a intercooler kit. I emailed them about one of their kits, and they said it is for VVT-i only stock turbos. Is there a differance on the charged side between the two 2jz's?

Found out the difference is the intake tube, I forgot VVT-i has a MAF setup and the non-VVT-i has a MAP set up.

Yeah, the turbos themselves are different between USDM and JDM, but for JDM VVT-i and non-VVT-i are the same. The difference is going to be the MAF or MAP setup (which again is different between USDM and JDM).
