Well i recently put a larger turbo on my car. A garrett T67 .52 cold A.R / .89 HOT A.R Non divided housing and am currently running 20psi on it. I made 478WHP and 508wtq at 22PSI on a Garret 60-1. So i have no clue how much power im making but i think it would be safe to say im making at least 500 according to the butt dyno.

The race: So we lined up in third gear around 4000 RPM Dustin honks off and i instanly get a half car jump, by the end of 3rd dustin makes up a 1/4 car and we both shift to forth. at the end of 4th we hadnt moved a inch... so from about 65-120is i had him by 1/4 car..lol I was amazed at how close the race was. and i dont understand why my old 7M is running even with the 2J. I think it might have somthing to do with the rear end gearing. Also the 2J was not suppoed to be running 21psi it was set to 17 and the alltidude drop messed with the boost controller so that 21 psi is not really safe for him. My AFR was about 10.5 to 11.5 and dustins was a solid 11.5. It is really cazy how fast 4th gear is done at this power level. Its almost like 2nd gear in a stock car. I have been driving my car at this power level for almost a year now and it still amazes me when i open it up on the highway. I dont understand you guys over the 700WHP mark...lol that being said as soon as i get a stand alone for the car i would like to make 650 on VP110

No im not positive although 550's will make 500.. and he is dead even with me. so he is darn close to it. I have personaly seen 498whp on 550's on a 7M so i pretty sure a 2J will do it. He made 340 at 10-11lbs of boost at SILV untunned. I can definalty see a extra 150whp on 20psi tunned on a turbo as large as a 67mm

Yeah, it would be on the high end, that's why I was asking if for sure in put down 5 or if it was a estimation.

Ya this was a nice race...the hot side on the turbos are still .69 non divided on the 7m and .70 divided on my 2j. Both cars feel very similar to his 500hp tune that he had on his 60-1...if anything I would say a safe 475 for both cars are reasonable to assume.

Super clean engine bay. Very nice did you extend the harness? Or did you just bring it in on the driver side.

Thanks man! no I drilled a hole behind the intake manifold and run the harness behind the dash. That way you need no extending and fits in the stock location. Look at IBoughtASupras build thread there is a pic of an empty engine bay that shows you where to drill the hole to make it work.

I am runing the same turbo but with the 68 turbine a/r it chocked my car at upper rpm see my sig for my number

I recently switched my turbine A/R to a .81 and noticed a HUGE difference on the top end and the turbo actually is spooling a little earlier (weird i know) i talked to a turbo guy and he said he has had a few other people tell them that a larger A/R spooled the turbo sooner when they where running to small of a housing to begin with. Did you make that 585 on pump gas? and how much boost?
