wassup guys my names marcus and im new to the forum ive recently bought a 90 mk3 supra for 3k i thought it was a steal when i bought untill i finally started work it looks like everything i take off has been taken off before. but thats not the problem i need some help on making up my mind because shortly after i bought the car i noticed that when i start and drive the car their is a cloud of blue smoke im just guessing its the rings or the valve seats but im not sure their is a massive oil leak from the rear main seal, and slave cylinder, its leaking powersteering fluid, and the knock sensors are bad.
i dont know if i should bother with the stock 7mgte and getting it fixed or going on and doing what ive thought about doing which is swapping to a 1jz or 2jz. i am aware that 1jz's werent sold in the US and dont carry much support. does anyone know the price for me getting my supra fixxed the way it is now? and how much would a whole swap cost with everything installed.
keep in mind im 16 and have only 2500 to spend what would be the cheapest and easiest way to get me back boostin ^_^ i also want something that will last when i turn up the boost and start modding, i have a MHG if i need to stick with the 7m.
