Offical 2020 Toyota GR Supra Specs, Pricing, and Photos

Yeah piratetip, from pics I have seen of the VIN tag it starts with W, such as the one attached from a pre-pro car. I am aware what the J means, and so on... My point was that realizing this thing is cobbled together from a BMW parts bin is like getting your heart ripped out, and seeing that the...

Offical 2020 Toyota GR Supra Specs, Pricing, and Photos

 and still come out ahead... Piratetip, not trying to defend the car purposefully but noting how small it is, keep in mind the the drive POV may be a bit higher than most of these pictures depict. I think one of the biggest swords to the heart came when I realized that the VIN doesn't...

Offical 2020 Toyota GR Supra Specs, Pricing, and Photos

I tried to read the press brief and look at pictures prior to reading any articles or opinions about this car. Ultimately, I was left with a mix of emotions, most of which have been neatly summed up by Rx7Nut above. Beyond that, I'm hopefully optimistic that it will do well, and sell, and more...

    87 supra starting issue

I had a similar issue with a NG CPS. It was such that if the car were shut off after getting to temperature, I could not restart it, sometimes for hours. I replaced it with a spare CPS I had, making no other changes, and I haven't had the issue since. In my case, when hot, the ECU was not...

I've moved up into OH, not that I was all too active with the KY guys, despite having made a few meets over the years.

New rear wheel bearings have play; install method, hub, or bearing?

I have not re-installed the knuckle back onto the car yet. Having just installed the axle into the hub/knuckle assembly and having torqued it down, there is still obvious play. I do not have a dial indicator or anything to properly measure the looseness, but it is more than what I would call...

New rear wheel bearings have play; install method, hub, or bearing?

Hello all, it's been a while since I've posted on here. Since last time, I have gotten married, had a child, finished school relatively debt-free, and started my career. My car has moved from being a project, to simply being stored, and back to being a daily driver on nice days now. Since this...

    Supra Picture Challenge

Pictures don't have to be recent or new. But they have to be in order, i'm sure someone will chime in. I have plenty of snow pictures for example, and many others do too, i'm sure.

    Oil Cooling Setups?

I believe I got the N/A stud for about $11 from Toyota. Idk if that was before or after my discount. You could get them from junk yards, but all the ones I found, the stud was seized in the block.

    Oil Cooling Setups?

It's threaded on the back. You are going to need to get the threaded stud from the N/As. When you remove the filter housing, there will be a threaded hole in the block. Screw the N/A stud in and then it is just like any old filter mount. That piece is threaded on the back also, and screws on...

These Moutain Dew's in your area?

I had a few Mexican Cokes a few months ago and loved them. As another has said, I found myself sipping them down, rather than gulping. Just recently I had some of the throwback mtn dew and pepsi, and I've been drinking it like crazy. I don't ever really drink soda but this stuff is so smooth and...
