Ok guys now im on my 3rd block on a rebuild that should have taken no time at all. The block doesent look bad till its decked then these hairline cracks in the block between headblots and waterjackets show up. Now the engie builder I have said I can use this block Im alittle sceptical. Anyone have this problem? Anyone useing a block like this? If anyone is useing a block like this is it on a high hp motor? Any help would be great thanks.

I dont know what ur asking, but a cracked block is a garbage block. I hope your not intending to accually build a motor with a cracked block ??? its gonna be throwing ur money away, problems will come very fast

A good machine shop canweld those up and mill them flat again. Really depends how deep they are. A couple of mm...no problem. An inch, problem.
